Most of your care happens in one office.
Nearly everything your care requires happens here at 9900 Stirling Road, which means fewer trips, fewer waiting rooms and quicker decisions.

Infusion suite
Some rheumatology medications are given through a drip rather than taken at home. We have our own infusion suite, so you receive them in a familiar room with staff who know your history, rather than at a hospital.
- Appointments scheduled around you
- Bring a book, a laptop or a companion
- Monitored by our own clinical team

Medication and biologic management
Rheumatology medications need watching. We review how well yours is working, run the bloodwork that keeps you safe on it, and adjust as the disease changes.
- Regular bloodwork, ordered and reviewed here
- Dose changes as the disease settles or flares
- Insurance paperwork for newer treatments handled for you

Osteoporosis assessment and management
We look for causes that can be treated and put together a plan that may include medication, vitamin D, calcium and strength work. The goal is simple: to keep you from breaking a bone.
- Fracture risk explained in plain numbers
- Treatment reviewed every year

Digital musculoskeletal imaging
Imaging is done here, and Dr. Jaffe reads it here. You can often have a scan and an explanation in the same visit, instead of waiting a week for a report from elsewhere.
- Results discussed the same day in most cases
- Images kept with your chart for comparison over time

Gout is treated in two parts. Most people only ever get the first.
Acute & Episodic
The pain is severe and nothing else can be discussed until it eases. We act on it quickly.
Chronic
Then we bring the uric acid level down and keep it there, so the attacks stop coming back.
